122.2 gram (approximately 4 troy ounce) 14-karat yellow gold mesh purse with five circular European cut natural cobalt blue sapphires and European cut diamonds VS/SI in clarity and K/L in color. Marked on the edge of the frame near to the clasp as “14K”. The mesh has been tested by a jeweler and it is 14K gold. The purse measures approximately 4″ from bottom to top of clasp, 4 1/2″ width and with a chain measuring 14″ in length. The condition is excellent. We will include a jewelers report on the jewelers stationary that reads: “14k yellow gold (stamped and tested) vintage purse, circa 1920. The purse measures about 4 inches wide and the mesh part is about 3 1/2 inches long. The purse weighs 122.2 grams. The purse also features 5 blue sapphires, looks to be natural cobalt, measuring approximately 4.3 to 4.7 mm. They are European cut.
